No, we do not offer packages as our team is dedicated to creating bespoke events for our clients.
Please fill out our rental request/ wish list form (Insert link) and we will get back to you within 48 hours. If you require an immediate response please give us a call.
Unfortunately we do not cater to the adult-size rental market at this time.
Should you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and/ or harsh weather conditions, you will be issued a credit to be used towards a JPE rental or service based on availability. Please note that a credit will not be issued for cancellations made on the day of the event or for custom/ personalized items.
Our weather here in the beautiful Bahamas can be a bit temperamental at times, so there can always be the chance of rain, which is why we ask our customers to have a plan B/ weather backup. If there is any chance of rain, hail, extreme wind or heat on the day of your event, we require our rentals to be set up indoors. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full credit valid for (1) one year from the date to be used towards another rental or event service.
No, delivery fees are not included in rental pricing.
Our delivery fee starts at $20 and is dependent on location and / or if there are extraordinary delivery variables.
A delivery that may necessitate an additional fee based on its unique requirements ie: non-ground floor deliveries without access to an elevator, parking restrictions, distance from parking lot, tolls, building accessibility, additional staffing for large/ bulk rentals, access to parking etc.
This is essentially the labor costs associated with rentals upon dropoff and pickup. Set is the setup of your items prior to the event and Strike is the breakdown once your event has concluded.
No, there is not a pickup option for rentals- delivery only.
We accept bank transfer/ wire, cash (BSD/ USD), Zelle, Paypal (+ associated fees)
Rentals are “same day” up to 10 hours with the exception of our bounce houses.
Yes, someone must be available to accept deliveries and sign the release of rental products.
The bounce house requires a flat and level area that can accommodate its specific size. This can include surfaces like grass, concrete, asphalt, and carpet. Additionally, an electrical outlet is necessary for the setup. If there is no access to electricity, we can provide a generator for an additional cost.
