Day-of Coordination / Event Management
This service is ideal for clients who’ve already designed their event, secured all of their vendors, and only need a dedicated person / team to ensure that everything goes smoothly on the day of the event. Should something go amiss, we’ll be ready to switch gears, so you won’t have to. The only thing needed of you is to simply show up and enjoy your day.
This service includes, but is not limited to:
- Venue walk-through to plan and view details of event.
- Overall go-to person/s on the day of the event.
- Oversee event details to ensure everything goes according to plan.
- Vendor Management
- Review all vendor contracts and confirm logistics.
- Event Set & Strike
- Coordinate & Manage Event Timeline
- Resolve any last minute emergencies.
- Rehearsal Coordination Assistance (If Applicable )
- Collect gifts and place them in designated area (If Applicable)
- Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors (If Applicable)
